International students who want to continue their PhD in the field of Environmental Science and Mineral Resources can now apply for the CSIRO PhD Scholarship at the RMIT University, Australia. 

This scholarship program is jointly sponsored by CSIRO and RMIT and offers a full-time allowance of $31,260 annually for a period of three years with a possible six-month continuation. 





Eligibility: 

In order to be considered for admission, students with an advanced degree or a research master’s degree in Experimental and Analytical Work with a major in Chemical or Civil Engineering are encouraged to participate in the program. Prior experience in the field of rheology and chemistry of bituminous products is highly appreciated. 

Application process: 

In order to be considered for this scholarship, candidates must be enrolled as a doctoral student at the university. After obtaining approval, please apply and provide the necessary documents to Dr. Filippo Giustozzi.

A resume, appropriate literature and a full-page statement of appreciation are required to be provided. 

Conditions of Language: 

For international candidates who have been educated abroad, current proof of English proficiency must be provided by one of the following means: an accepted English proficiency test, an accepted English language service provider, and a recognized qualification. 

Minimum English requirements may vary from program to program at the same level of study. Admission Requirements: 

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree with honors or graduates of a research master’s degree in experimental and analytical work with a background in civil engineering or chemical engineering are invited for admission.
